You are all individual and require a personalised exercise programme.  Many new clients struggle with a lack of motivation; knowing what exercises to do, how, where, when and what to eat.  All of these concerns will be solved for you. My goal is to ensure that you have a programme that suits you and your lifestyle. This way, you will achieve your desires and maintain them for good!

You will benefit from dedicated one-to-one sessions and/or skype coaching, creating a motivational relationship with me which will inspire you to reach and achieve your fitness goals. The initial health and lifestyle assessment will inform and enable me to design a plan specifically tailored for you, taking into account your current fitness level, medical history, limitations and nutrition.

You will then be guided through a programme of health and fitness development, which will include exploring all the different sporting options and clubs available to you. Your programme may include exercising inside and outside the gym, learning to run, your diet and your lifestyle, complemented by my excellent support services that include physiotherapy, sports massage and more.

Maintaining a balance in your exercise pattern is important and I will take into account and integrate a wide range of disciplines and methods to keep both your mind and body challenged in a variety of ways. This includes options such as strength, mobility and stretching sessions, cardiovascular exercise, relaxation and mindfulness programmes.

You can choose to purchase individual sessions or kick start packages of ten. I recommend that you commit to at least three sessions a week to get started, although I am realistic about how day-to-day demands can impact on your schedule. In the long term, you may arrive at the point of feeling confident and ready to exercise at a fitness club of your choice and continue with top-up one to one sessions with me.  For some, this does not suit and a home programme along with top-up personal training becomes the ideal scenario.  You are all unique and finding what works for you is my forte.
